About Becky

From a young age I have had a passion for creating and editing videos. Since then, I have improved my techniques through many positive experiences.

Currently, I am a junior at Ithaca College with a Cinema Production major and minors in Computer Science and Business Administration. Through these facets along with other clubs and organizations, I have learned invaluable life skills. At Ithaca College Television I've held a variety of positions including cameraman on a live show, editor, animator and digital media manager. This has allowed me to experience a working, collaborative environment with peers my age. My Cinema Production classes have taught me not only technical skills, but interpersonal as well. In Fall 2019, I co-produced a short film with two peers. It was a challenging, incredible experience that I wouldn't trade for the world. My computer science classes have taught me how to code in JavaScript, which I utilize to enhance Adobe After Effects and Premiere.

Since 2017 I have owned my digital media company Lindenforge. Through it I have learned how to work with clients efficiently, deliver projects in a timely manner, and develop a streamlined editing process. I have taken on a variety of projects including event videos and photography, weddings and real estate drone photography. Internships with the First Presbyterian Church of Deerfield and the North Suburban YMCA have taught me skills necessary in the professional film world such as communicating with clients, meeting weekly deadlines, and creating specialized graphics packages in After Effects for each organization.

Currently, my primary focus is to increase my knowledge in post-production using Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and DaVinci Resolve. I am always ready and willing to learn more about the craft of video production and post-production. I am excited to see what the world of digital media has in store.
